Thanksgiving dressing doesn’t have to be fussy or stressful. My sister, Nicole Cooper (pictured left), created a Thanksgiving dressing dish that’s so easy and delicious; it will be a hit every year at your home. Instead of making a large pan of dressing for the family, try putting the dressing in muffin pans. Everyone will have a small ‘cupcake’ of yummy dressing with a golden brown crust. Also, this recipe is great if you’re trying to watch your waistline and keep from making too much dressing. It’s just enough. You can use two muffin pans if you’re cooking for a large group. Brilliant!!
1 package of Stove Top cornbread with a touch of non sweet cornbread. Add fresh sage, poultry seasoning 3 tablespoon of each, and spicy sausage/mild. Half a bag of fresh cranberry with orange zest (amount depends on how much you’re making). Mix all together and scoop into muffin tins creating perfect little bundles of stuffing.
Two words come to mind when tasting these muffins, Delicious and Yummy!

October is the month to let go. Take a deep breath, start newness and eat wholesome food … foods that fuel the body and make you feel good all over. When you feel anxiety coming on, remember to let go of whatever stress you’ve held on to from the summer and submerge yourself into the yummy foods of the new season. Need I remind you what they are?

Sometimes all it takes is a very small shift in our thinking to make a huge difference in our lives.
Do you have the courage to confront yourself? It’s certainly not easy to look in the mirror … REALLY look in the mirror. I get help from a greater source … I face the mirror and push through my fears by asking God for the strength to let go and surrender. Wonderful things can happen when we tap into this power … and take personal inventory … and understand our lives.
Clutter represents stuff from our past and keeps us from living in the present. Clutter can steal the joy of ‘now’. Clutter can disable our lives and relationships. Clutter comes in many forms … consuming space in our homes, offices, and our brains. Clutter can make us forget what’s really important. SAY NO TO CLUTTER!
You can remove clutter bit by bit, it doesn’t have to happen overnight, so be gentle and patient with yourself.
And remember … most of the things we hoard for an imaginary future do little more than limit our possibilities and stunt our growth.
